Our assessments and treatment sessions can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your treatment plan and therapist.

Your initial visit will typically last from 60 to 90 minutes, as we gather an extensive history and build your tailored treatment/training plan off of that.

We will always work together with you to finish the session in a timely manner that works for you, but not to compromise your quality of care. The best way to know is by asking your therapist.

Our well-rounded team approach ensures that no matter who your treatment plan starts with, if your goals would be reached better with another therapist, we will move you over.

What to Bring

Our general recommendation is to bring some clothing that you feel comfortable moving around in. A t-shirt, shorts, and some athletic shoes are our general recommendations, but it will always depend on your goals for the session.

We also recommend clothing that gives the therapist easy access to the injury.
