Bridge SPEED Performance Program
This 6-week progressive training program was designed by our coaches to help athletes ages 12-18 build strong foundations for linear speed development, efficient movement habits and strength. Join coach Tyler Heddle for 12 sessions designed to improve your speed and power.

“Pursuing a passion for all things sport and movement took me to the University of Alberta where I graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in Sports Performance.
Throughout my degree, I took a keen interest in injury management and injury prevention, leading me to a career where I can help people recover from injuries and return to activities at the same or higher level than before.
I spent the last year of my degree working as the student kinesiologist with the University of Alberta Golden Bears hockey team, and I’ve been lucky to have coached a variety of different levels in hockey from youth up to junior levels.”
Pre & Post program performance testing
