Post-Natal Pilates Group Class with Leanne Jacobs

$199.99

Having a baby is a big deal! Your body goes through extensive changes physiologically and biomechanically.
Pilates aims to address these changes because it inherently focuses on the deep core stabilizing muscles including the transverse abdominus and pelvic floor, to help restore optimal function in these areas. With a Physiotherapist trained in pelvic health teaching your sessions, we are knowledgeable in the treatment and safety around common conditions such as diastasis recti separation and pelvic floor issues.
It is also a very mindful form of exercise, with lots of focus on breath which is great for stress and relaxation. Research has also shown that Pilates can decrease maternal fatigue.
Come join us in a fun, safe, mindful space, where science meets movement!
