Strength Training for Runners with Mackenzie Nichols | South Edmonton
Back for another season, strength coach Mackenzie Nichols will be coaching athletes through an 8-week periodized training cycle targeting common running limitations found in core control, single-leg stability, plyometrics, run technique, & strength.
The goal of this program is to utilize your running offseason to improve injury resilience and performance. In addition to this, we want to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and strength that will allow you to be a lifelong runner.
