A 6 week, 12 session training program designed to help athletes 12-18 years old to build the foundations for linear speed and efficient movement to overall reduce the risk of injury while increasing speed performance.
Athletes will get twelve 1 hour training sessions focusing on on teaching sprint mechanics, power development with injury prevention strategies, access to our Bridge online training app, and a Bridge Performance training tech shirt.

Athletes must complete our Individual Athlete Performance Testing prior to beginning the program. Testing is at no extra cost.

“I’ve been fortunate enough to coach competitive athletes from sports teams and academies in the Edmonton area. I’ve worked as an assistant strength coach for U of A women’s basketball and men’s volleyball teams, and as one of the lead strength coaches for the Western Canada Prep Academy (WCPA) men’s basketball program.”
