Even as the world hits pause in the wake of COVID-19, we know that your ACL recovery doesn’t have the same luxury.
We are excited to continue to offer remote access injury rehab with our strength coaches to make sure that social distance doesn’t get in the way of your comeback.
Having our team to watch your form, progress or modify your exercises, and keep you motivated to stick to a program can be the difference maker you need to keep your recovery on track.
This remote workout program is designed to utilize minimal equipment in a home setting to continue to develop strength and stability while still emphasizing the safe and efficient movement mechanics we are known for under the watchful eye of a coach from The Bridge.
You’re also never working alone. You can watch as others do the same workout on the other side of the screen, as well as get the perks of a coach’s in-the-moment, unscripted guidance. It’s as close as you can get to being right there in the room with us.
Monday at 4:00pm, Wednesday at 4:00pm, Saturday
$20/week (billed monthly)
Who this is for:
Anybody currently recovering from an ACL injury that has been assessed by a therapist at The Bridge.
I enjoy the challenge of fostering athletic excellence across a multitude of disciplines, ages, and abilities. It is important that everybody learns to move well and have the opportunity to discover their optimum performance level.
