MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR OFF SEASON
Our offseason RUNFIT strength program was designed by runners, for runners. Effective strength training can improve resilience to injury and also increase performance on the trails, but often a lack of familiarity in a gym setting can hold us back from getting the most out of our training.
Our run expert James Greene will be coaching athletes of all skill levels through an 8-week, 16 session periodized training cycle targeting common running limitations found in core control, single-leg stability, plyometrics, run technique, & strength, while also building familiarity with the barbell.
The goal of this program is to utilize your running offseason to improve injury resilience and performance. In addition to this, we want to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and strength that will allow you to be a lifelong runner!
