Growing up in Edmonton, I was involved in team sports at a young age, playing hockey, fastball, volleyball, and basketball. I always knew that I wanted to have a career where I could work on the human body and continue to help people engage in the activities they love to do. I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and proceeded to move to Portland, Oregon to get my Doctor of Chiropractic from the University of Western States.
I have developed many different techniques over the years such as Smart Tools for muscle and fascial release, kinesiotaping, Chiropractic manipulation, and many exercise rehab options. I have also been lucky enough to continue my education attending professional development courses like “Fix Your Own Back” course with Phillip Snell and “Reconciling Biomechanics with Pain Science” with Greg Lehman.
I am passionate about helping people get out of pain, reaching their optimal function utilizing an integrative therapy approach, and working with them to find the root of the problem.
