Biography
My passion for sports and all things movement related led me to graduate from the University of Alberta in 2020 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology where I majored in Sport Performance and received Honours with Distinction. During my degree, I was fortunate enough to do my practicum with The Bridge, learning more about active-based rehab and what it truly means to connect health and performance.
Following the completion of my degree, I went on to work with several different groups, including post-acute geriatric patients and young adults who have Down Syndrome. Currently, I am pursuing a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification to further my education.
I am passionate about returning people to what they love to do. Whether you’re an elite athlete or a weekend warrior, I want to help you return to your activities feeling stronger, more prepared, and at your peak performance. Through evidence-based practice and a personalized program tailored to your specific goal, I believe that we can send you back to your sport or activity feeling stronger and more resilient.
