I graduated from the University of Alberta in Physical Education with a concentration in Sports Performance. During my undergraduate education, I became a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and then completed my Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Alberta in 2015.
I’ve worked with a variety of athletes in both my personal training and physiotherapist experiences and have also participated in the Edmonton Eskimos Fitness and Medical Day testing since 2011. I enjoy staying active and engage in a number of different sports including basketball, squash, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, football, yoga, and weightlifting.
As a physiotherapist, I want to help improve peoples’ quality of life by helping them stay active, achieve their best physical and mental potential, and feel accomplished with themselves by helping achieve their goals.
