Biography
I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in Sports Performance. I have played competitive soccer my whole life which is what led me to a career in injury rehabilitation and sports training.
I have been involved with fitness testing varsity athletes at the U of A and recently trained the Strathcona Special Olympics soccer team in preparation for the Alberta Summer Games in Medicine Hat. In addition to playing soccer, I like to develop my fitness through running, weight training, and hiking whenever I get the opportunity to get to the mountains. I am currently working on getting my Exercise Physiologist certification through CSEP to complement my degree and further my knowledge in this area.
