Runfit Training Programs
The RUNFIT Training programs are designed to limit injuries and maximize your running training budget.
Your customized program will take into account:
- Previous/current injury history
- Functional/gait assessment limitations
- Individual training and fitness level
- Target races.
Our run or strength programming is $30/week, we offer in person and remote programming.
