Learn to Lift

The Learn of Lift program teaches participants how to properly perform fundamental strength exercises, while also providing basic training information allowing for safe participation. Sessions are taught by Physiotherapists Darren Bishop or Ruben San Martin that specialize in weightlifting.

1 ON 1 / SMALL GROUP

Individualized training to teach proper lifting techniques and injury prevention while performing the basic fundamental movement patterns practiced in the gym and daily life.

TEAM LIFTING

Group training focusing on proper movement and injury prevention.  Learn all the basic fundamental lifting patterns practiced in the gym and daily life.
