1 ON 1 / SMALL GROUP
Are you new to the gym, looking to become more comfortable with strength training exercise or interested in refining your technique?
The learn to lift program teaches participants proper form for key strength training exercises as well as other important aspects of strength training. The topics covered include: warm up/cool down, core exercises, squats, deadlifts, upper body push/pull and single leg exercises.
In addition to this, participants will also learn the basics of developing their own training program and discuss important physiological principles of strength training.
Participants will receive an individualized movement assessment, one on one education from our experienced instructors, weekly exercises to compete over the course of the program, and a manual that will serve as a guide regarding all material covered.
BREAKDOWN OF PROGRAM/CLASS
1.5 hour, hands on session over 4 weeks (6 total class hours).
WHO SHOULD ENROLL?
The program is open to all individuals over the age of 13.
Individual: $130 Assessment + $80 for each follow-up
Small Group (2-4 ppl): $140
