Our run programming is $20/week, we offer in person and remote programming.

 

The program includes:

  • 1.5 hr in clinic Running Specific Assessment, Gait Analysis and Fitness Test
  • 30 min Introduction appointment to review your personalized program
  • Pre and post run corrective exercises
  • Foot wear recommendations
  • 10% Discount on Athletic Therapy treatment and Strength Programming
  • Unlimited email contact and program modification
  • Weekly graph summary of your training
