Runfit Training Programs

The RUNFIT Training programs are designed to limit injuries and maximize your running training budget.

Your customized program will take into account:

  • Previous/current injury history
  • Functional/gait assessment limitations
  • Individual training and fitness level
  • Target races.

Our run or strength programming is $30/week, we offer in person and remote programming.
