Biography

Driven by a passion for injury management and human movement, I earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree, with a major in Sport Performance, from the University of Alberta. Following this, I completed my Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. My background includes extensive training in a variety of dance styles, including ballet, pointe, jazz, flamenco, modern, and contemporary.

As a past patient of The Bridge, I found myself inspired by the exceptional staff and the clinic’s unique philosophy. This led me to take on several roles within the organization, starting as a volunteer and a patient experience representative, physiotherapy aide, strength and conditioning coach, before landing in my current role.

Throughout my time at The Bridge, I’ve deepened my appreciation for rehabilitation, health, and strength and conditioning. I’ve also gained valuable exposure to evidence-based practices, which has helped me shape my personal treatment style to better assist patients in achieving their specific goals. I’m deeply passionate about guiding clients safely back to work, activity, or sport, always fostering a supportive and optimistic environment.

When I’m not at the clinic, you can often find me golfing, hiking, or doing pilates/yoga!
