Bridge Strength

A 60-minute workout of impactful strength training. You’ll get stronger while improving movement by combining traditional strength training with functional exercises using barbells, weights and body weight. Suitable for clients in end stage rehab or those prepping to return to sport after injury or surgery.

Fit for Life

This class improves overall strength, flexibility and balance in adults 55 and over. Small class size allows for individualized instruction, modification and progression of exercises. Classes are beneficial for participants with arthritic pain, osteoporosis, cardiovascular deconditioning, a history of falls or fear of falling.

Youth Sports Performance

This class is designed to enhance strength, agility, and speed in young athletes, helping them excel in their chosen sport. With a focus on movement quality, injury prevention, and performance optimization, the small class size ensures personalized coaching, tailored progressions, and modifications as needed.
