I am a recent graduate of MacEwan University’s 2,200-hour Diploma of Massage Therapy program and am passionate about helping clients feel and perform their best. Whether your goal is rehabilitation, recovery, injury prevention, or performance enhancement, my approach is centred around evidence-informed care and individualized treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
During my time at MacEwan, I had the opportunity to work with university athletes from various institutions and alongside the Edmonton Elks. Working with the Elks especially grew my love for rehabilitation and sports massage. I really enjoyed being part of the process of helping athletes manage injuries, recover, and work toward getting back to the sport they love. These experiences have continued to shape my passion for helping clients reach their goals, whether that means returning to play, getting back to their everyday activities, or simply feeling their best.
I was also fortunate enough to make the Dean’s List in the Faculty of Health Sciences during my time at MacEwan, which was a goal I was really proud to accomplish.
Outside of the clinic, I’m a big dog lover and love anything to do with the outdoors. You can usually find me hiking, spending time at the lake, or travelling somewhere warm for a relaxing retreat.
I’m easygoing and approachable, and I really enjoy getting to know my clients and building relationships that make them feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment journey.
