Born and raised in Sherwood Park, I grew up competing in Irish dance. Through my experience as an athlete, I saw firsthand how important healthcare and rehabilitation can be in helping athletes stay active and continue doing what they love. This experience led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta before moving to Bournemouth, England, where I completed my Master of Chiropractic at Health Sciences University (formerly AECC).
I enjoy working with a diverse range of patients, from those looking to manage everyday aches and pains to athletes looking to improve their performance.
My approach combines manual therapy, including chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue techniques, with education and exercise to help patients feel better and stay better. I value a collaborative, patient-centred approach and aim to help people return to the activities they love with confidence while building the resilience to take on new challenges.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me travelling, weight training, exploring new places to eat, or spending time outdoors camping and hiking.
