Originally from Australia, I have spent six years living in Canada, including five years studying and competing as a volleyball student-athlete at the University of Alberta. I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Sport Performance) and a Master of Physiotherapy Studies.
I have experience working across a variety of sports including Australian rules football, indoor and beach volleyball, netball, soccer, and rugby. Prior to completing my physiotherapy degree, I worked as a Kinesiologist and Program Coordinator at the Glen Sather Sports Medicine Clinic, where I facilitated the FAST Knee Rehabilitation Program for individuals following lower-limb injury, in particular ACL surgery and rehabilitation.
I also bring extensive elite-sport experience, having competed with the Australian Men’s Junior and Senior National Volleyball teams and the University of Alberta Golden Bears Volleyball team. My special interests include ACL rehabilitation, musculoskeletal and post-operative rehabilitation, and athlete performance. Drawing on both my clinical and athletic background, I aim to deliver individualized, performance-focused rehabilitation that supports a safe return to sport and long-term injury prevention.
