Born and raised in Edmonton, I grew up playing competitive soccer, a sport that came with its fair share of injuries and first brought me to The Bridge as a patient. That experience inspired me to pursue a career in healthcare and become part of a community dedicated to helping others return to the activities they love.
I completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta, before moving to Toronto to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude.
My desire to help others achieve their goals and improve their quality of life shapes my approach to care. I value collaboration, working with patients and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes. By combining hands-on techniques, exercise prescription, and knowledge from my education and ongoing professional development, I provide personalized treatment plans. Whether you’re an athlete or simply looking to return to activities you enjoy, I aim to give you the tools and support to feel confident and capable in your recovery and performance.
Outside the clinic, you can usually find me at the gym, running, traveling, or enjoying long walks with my mom.
