I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2017, and completed my Masters of Physical Therapy in 2021.
I grew up in St. Albert and participated in a variety of sports throughout my youth, including hockey, track and field, and lacrosse, with hockey being my primary sport. During my school years, I played AAA hockey, and while in university, spent multiple seasons with the St. Albert Merchants. I have also worked as a bench-side trainer for various local hockey teams and have been involved in sports performance training environments.
I hold certifications in Dry Needling, Spinal Manipulation, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and the Assessment and Treatment of Running-Related Injuries. I believe in providing care that goes beyond injury treatment, with a strong emphasis on performance optimization and long-term injury prevention.
My passion for physiotherapy began through my own participation in sport, and I am driven by helping remove barriers that prevent people from taking part in the activities they love. Outside of the clinic, I currently play men’s league hockey and enjoy trail running, mountain biking, skiing, and hiking.
