I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. I grew up participating in a variety of sports, most competitively gymnastics, which shaped my deep understanding of movement, injury prevention, recovery, and performance.
I enjoy supporting people of all ages to stay active in ways that are meaningful to them and aligned with where they are in their journey.
My passion for women’s health and pelvic floor physiotherapy developed through my own experience of becoming a mother. I enjoy working closely with women through pregnancy, postpartum, and across the lifespan to support strength, mobility, and confident movement in pursuit of their personal goals.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me spending time outdoors with my family and dog, recharging in the mountains, or travelling.
