Overview
This 8-week, in-person group program is led by Kinesiologist and Strength Coach, Hayley Laurence, and specifically built for runners who want to take their performance and longevity to the next level. Through a progressive, periodized approach, Hayley will guide you through key areas that every runner needs: core control, single-leg stability, plyometrics, running mechanics, and strength development.
The class will focus on building the foundation to run efficiently, stay healthy, and develop the knowledge and skills that make you a stronger, more resilient runner for years to come. Every session is coached in person, ensuring safe, effective technique and individual guidance in a motivating group environment.

Dates: October 27 – December 17, 2025
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesday evenings, 7:00–8:00pm
Length: 8 weeks (16 sessions total)
