Biography
I am a Registered Massage Therapist and recent graduate of Lethbridge Polytechnic. I grew up here in Lethbridge and have been involved in the sports community in the city throughout my life. My treatment style has a therapeutic focus, emphasizing recovery, injury prevention and improving overall movement and function. Outside of massage I am involved with coaching and training mixed martial arts as well as weightlifting. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends, family and my dog Bowzer. I am a current member of the Massage Therapists Association of Alberta.
