Biography
As a mother of two athletic boys, helping them recover from their activities sparked my interest in the human body and inspired me to pursue a career where I could help others recover, move better, and improve their overall well-being.
I completed the 3000-hour Registered Massage Therapy program at Makami College in Edmonton and also became a mentor to students in the program.
My approach to massage therapy is therapeutic and focused on each individual's specific needs and goals. I enjoy helping clients manage pain, improve range of motion, support recovery, and get back to doing the activities they enjoy.
