Biography

Sports have always been a big part of my life, but my passion for understanding human movement truly began during my time in the National Ringette League. That experience inspired me to earn my Bachelor of Kinesiology in Sport Performance from the University of Alberta, and I’m currently working toward becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) to continue expanding my knowledge.

While ringette will always be the sport closest to my heart, I enjoy working with athletes of all ages and abilities, from those just starting out to high performance competitors. I’m also passionate about rehabilitative exercise and helping people recover from injury, manage pain, and build confidence in their bodies. I believe every person has a unique story, and I enjoy getting to know each individual while working together to find the best path toward their goals.

Whether you’re looking to improve performance, recover from an injury, or simply move and feel your best, my goal is to help you feel supported, capable, and confident every step of the way. I strive to create a welcoming environment where people of all ages and abilities feel encouraged, empowered, and excited about their progress.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me at the rink, walking my dog in the river valley, cycling country roads, exploring the mountains, or relaxing at the lake with my husband.
