I completed my Master’s of Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta after earning a Bachelor’s in Athletic and Exercise Therapy from Camosun College in Victoria, BC. Throughout my education, I’ve been fortunate to gain experience working in a variety of settings and with many different populations, including university basketball and rugby teams, first responders, amputees, and everyday go-getters!
I grew up trying and playing many different sports, with basketball being my main focus. While I don’t play team sports anymore, I love staying active and working toward new goals. Whether it’s going for a walk, doing CrossFit, mountain biking, or hiking, I’m usually happiest when I’m moving my body in some way!
I strive to always take a client-centered approach and find meaningful ways to help people feel better and get back to doing the things that matter most to them. My main goals are to provide a listening ear, meet people where they’re at, and empower them to take charge of their rehabilitation. I believe in using an active and adaptable approach to physical therapy that is personalized and meaningful for each individual to help them feel their best. I can’t wait to meet you!
