Biography

Working at The Bridge is a full-circle moment for me. After tearing my ACL as a young athlete, I completed my rehab here, and I experienced firsthand the impact that great coaching and rehab can have on an athlete's recovery and confidence. That experience inspired me to pursue a career helping others return stronger than before.

I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a major in Sport Performance from the University of Alberta. I spent years as a competitive soccer player, representing Team Alberta, developing through the REX (Regional Excel) program, and competing for five seasons with the University of Alberta Pandas.

Throughout my degree, I spent three years as a Strength & Conditioning Intern with the University of Alberta Men's Volleyball program, where I helped deliver performance training and support athlete development. I've also had the opportunity to work with the Edmonton Oilers organization, assisting with athlete fitness testing and performance assessments.

Now as a Strength Coach at The Bridge I'm passionate about helping not only athletes but anyone looking to build strength, improve performance, and reduce their risk of injury. Having gone through the rehabilitation process myself, I understand the challenges that come with returning to sport and strive to create an environment where individuals feel supported, confident, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Outside the gym, I’m a type 2 fun enthusiast who loves running, cycling, hiking, playing soccer, and finding any excuse to stay in motion!
