Biography

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta, with a major in Sports Performance. Growing up, soccer was a huge part of my life. I competed with Team Alberta, FC Edmonton Regional Performance Centre (RPC), Canada West All-Stars, and trained with elite soccer programs in Scotland, including the Dumbarton FC boys academy. Before graduating, I spent three seasons playing with the MacEwan Griffins.

Throughout my playing career, I experienced my own rehabilitation journey, including multiple ACL injuries and five knee surgeries. Going through the process of rebuilding strength, confidence, and trust in my body gave me a unique perspective on the challenges athletes face when returning from injury. These experiences strengthened my passion for rehabilitation, athletic development, and helping others return to the activities they love.

I have experience working as a technical soccer coach, providing one-on-one training focused on ball mastery, speed and agility, game-specific movement skills, and reactive decision-making. I am passionate about helping young athletes develop strong movement foundations and build the physical tools, confidence, and habits needed to reach their potential.

Outside of coaching and soccer, I enjoy hitting the gym, wake surfing, and MMA!
