Our Bantam Training Program focuses on the fundamentals of strength, speed, and movement mechanics, creating a strong foundation for future success. This offseason program helps athletes build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong passion for football in a fun, challenging environment.

Program Details

• Duration: 8 Weeks
• Frequency: 2x/week
• Location: The Bridge – Sherwood Park (#109, 2055 Premier Way)
• Dates: January 7th – February 25th
• Time: Tuesdays 8-9 PM & Saturdays 9-10 AM
• Cost: $320 + GST
