Overview
This QB-Specific Strength & Conditioning Program is designed to help quarterbacks unlock their unique potential by building on their strengths and addressing areas of improvement. Unlike standard team programs, this specialized training emphasizes spinal mobility, rotational power, dynamic trunk control, and explosive strength training to enhance athleticism and game-day performance.
Whether used to supplement a weekly team lifting program or as a standalone QB-specific workout, this program goes beyond mechanics to focus on what makes each athlete unique—ensuring you’re ready to dominate in the pocket and on the move.
Program Details
• Duration: 8 Weeks
• Frequency: 2x/week
• Location: The Bridge – Sherwood Park (#109, 2055 Premier Way)
• Dates: January 9 – February 27, 2025
• Time: Thursday 8:30-9:30PM & Saturday 10-11AM
• Cost: $320 + GST
•Delivery: In-person, group training sessions with optional supplementary programming via the Bridge Athletic App. Virtual training programs available after in-person assessment and 1-on-1 individual training sessions available upon request.

• Spinal Mobility & Rotational Power – Enhance your ability to generate explosive torque for powerful, precise throws and increased arm velocity.
• Dynamic Trunk Control – Improve balance, stability, and body control to stay composed in the pocket and perform under pressure.
• Strength Training & Explosiveness – Build the physical foundation necessary for quick movements, rapid acceleration, and consistent playmaking.
• Arm Care – Develop sustainable throwing strength and durability through targeted exercises to prevent overuse injuries and maximize longevity.
• Individualized Assessment – Use force-measuring equipment and personalized analysis to understand your style of play and design a program that enhances strengths while addressing key areas for development.
