Understanding how to manage pain and communicate effectively is key to setting the foundation for long-term success.

Manual Therapy

You’ll refine your ability to analyze human movement, understand foundational movement patterns, and conduct detailed movement and load assessments to identify deficits and imbalances. This section will teach you how to select, coach, and adjust exercises, progressing, regressing, or lateralizing as needed, to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. The focus is on practical, real-world application so you can confidently deliver effective exercise-based treatment.

Performance Training

You’ll learn how to apply advanced strength and conditioning principles to build resilience and performance capacity. The focus will be on refining movement patterns, improving strength and power, and designing progressive training programs that support long-term success. By understanding how to integrate S&C into the rehab process, you’ll help clients move past their injuries and reach their full potential.

The Return-to-Sport Timeline

Throughout the course, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the rehab-to-performance timeline.
