I graduated from Trinity Western University in 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Human Kinetics. While studying at TWU I played varsity soccer for five seasons and was selected to represent Canada at the FISU Games in Serbia. After graduating, I worked as a speed and conditioning coach in Calgary, then moved to Edmonton and continued to grow my passions for injury prevention and performance training at The Bridge. I enjoy the challenge of fostering athletic excellence across a multitude of disciplines, ages, and abilities. It is important that every body learns to move well and have the opportunity to discover their optimum performance level. When not at the clinic I still enjoy playing soccer, spin classes, and chasing adventure with my little family.
I’m currently away on maternity leave and looking forward to returning to the clinic and my patients in 2019.
