Biography
I graduated from Trinity Western University in 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Human Kinetics. While studying at TWU I played varsity soccer for five seasons and was selected to represent Canada at the FISU Games in Serbia. After graduating, I worked as a speed and conditioning coach in Calgary, then moved to Edmonton and continued to grow my passions for injury prevention and performance training at The Bridge. I have recently obtained my Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification from the NCSA.
I enjoy the challenge of fostering athletic excellence across a multitude of disciplines, ages, and abilities. It is important that everybody learns to move well and have the opportunity to discover their optimum performance level. When not at the clinic I still enjoy playing soccer, spin classes, and chasing adventure with my little family.
