Biography

I graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2016 with my Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Previous to that, I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology while playing varsity hockey for five seasons and was selected to represent Canada at the FISU Games in Turkey.

I’ve worked as a Certified Personal Trainer, earning me experience in training individuals of all ages, and worked both on and off ice with hockey teams. My treatment style is to combine manual therapy and exercise therapy, with an overall goal to return to full, pain-free function, whether that be sport-related or your daily active living.
