Biography

I started my studies at Lethbridge College in the Exercise Science Program, graduating in the spring of 2019. After completing this program, I decided I wanted to continue my studies and completed my Massage Therapy Diploma in April 2021. I am In the process of completing my CSEP-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer).

I played on the Lethbridge College Soccer/Futsal team for my full 4 years as well as ran on the indoor track team for the 2019/2020 season. I became a CCAA  All-Canadian for soccer during the 2019 outdoor season as well as a CCAA Academic All-Canadian during the 2018 & 2019 seasons. I also won ACAC Women’s South Player of The Year and the Lethbridge College Athlete of the year (Tim Tollestrup) award in 2019. In high school I played basketball, volleyball, ran track, and of course played soccer. Aside from organized sports I absolutely love to be outside. I grew up in Whitehorse, Yukon, so I have grown up participating in every outdoor activity you can imagine.

Sport and physical activity have been a major part of my life since day one. Helping people reach their goals, whether it be reducing pain, increasing mobility, building strength, or injury recovery, is something I want to do for each individual who comes in. I want to share my passion with my clients and hopefully inspire them to make physical activity a part of their everyday lives if it isn’t already!
