Biography

Originally from the East Coast but raised in Alberta, I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology, earning distinction at the University of Calgary in 2017. After graduation, I decided to return East, where I graduated from Dalhousie University with a Master’s of Physiotherapy in 2019. 

Throughout my education I’ve gotten to work with a number of athletes from various sports backgrounds. I am passionate about helping athletes and weekend warriors return from injury stronger and better than before. My treatment style involves using a blend of physiotherapy techniques and exercise science to achieve rehabilitation and performance goals. 

When not at the clinic, you may find me somewhere in the Rockies chasing the next view point, at the local gym, or exploring the emerging Edmonton food scene.
