Biography

I was raised in the Edmonton area, where I grew up in the world of artistic sports, including gymnastics, dance, and competitive cheerleading—a sport that I dedicated 15 years of my life to. Over the years, I’ve competed in six world championships and have had the privilege of coaching young athletes across various levels.

This exposure to high-intensity sports sparked my passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation, leading me to earn a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree, majoring in Sports Performance, and a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta.

I’m passionate about getting you back to whatever it is that moves you. I value making my patients the priority. In my practice, I place great emphasis on one-on-one time, approaching each case through a patient-centered, evidence-based lens. I strongly believe education and movement create the pillars of our practice, and that rehab should be both fun and functional.

When I’m not working, you can often find me hiking up a mountain or skiing down one, exploring the river valley, or enjoying a Harry Potter movie. I will forever be on the hunt for the best cup of coffee or ice cream cone – new recommendations welcome at any time.
