Biography

I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University, in Nova Scotia, my Masters in Kinesiology from York University and am also a Certified Athletic Therapist. I’ve continued to pursue post graduate training in concussion management, joint mobilization, soft tissue release and muscle energy techniques. I am the Head Athletic Therapist for the MacEwan Men’s Hockey Team and have worked with a number of recreational, provincial and national level athletes in a wide variety of sports.

I grew up playing soccer and volleyball but recently become more involved in ball hockey, slow pitch and long distance running.
