Biography

After graduating from Lethbridge Colleges Massage Therapy Program I decided to return to studies to complete my Exercise Science Diploma.The melding of the two programs has allowed for my massage therapy practice to grow to new levels.

I enjoy the continuous learning that comes with working with individuals from every walk of life, whether that is a professional athlete or someone who is just beginning an active lifestyle, an individual who is dealing with chronic pain or someone who is looking to relax after a long week of work. Helping individuals prepare for events, carry out self-care goals and complete injury rehabilitation programs are few other aspects of massage that bring me a great sense of fulfillment. 

My treatment style incorporates movement to reduce restriction in range of motion as well as focusing on reducing pain in the areas that are presented by the client.
