“I have been training at The Bridge for nearly five years now after tearing my ACL in 2017, and without them, I would not be where I am today. I had the opportunity to work with Melissa, Becca, Megan, and Tyler throughout different stages of my recovery / training. I have been working with Tyler for the past two years and he has helped me increase my strength, power and speed to ensure I am at my best for the USport Soccer season. Training at The Bridge has made me strong and confident in my abilities so I can play fearless and leave it all on the field.”

“I was exposed to some of the most intelligent exercise specialists who took the time to truly learn and understand my sport. Being a part of this community has given me the tools necessary to make my weaknesses become my strengths and has given me a better understanding of how to train certain parts of my body in order to compete at my fullest potential.”

Common Questions
Do I need to be an athlete?
No, absolutely not! We have a special love for the athletic community, but you do not need to be an athlete to benefit from the basic principles of strength training and building resilience & coordination. Whether you’re a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, or any active person, you can benefit from working with our coaches.
Do I need to be dealing with pain or injury?
No. Many of our clients come to us with performance concerns, even without presenting pain or injury. Anybody that wants to move better, prevent injury or optimize performance can benefit from building out a program and working with our strength coaches.
