Common Questions

Do I need to be an athlete?

No, absolutely not! We have a special love for the athletic community, but you do not need to be an athlete to benefit from the basic principles of strength training and building resilience & coordination. Whether you’re a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, or any active person, you can benefit from working with our coaches.

Do I need to be dealing with pain or injury?

No. Many of our clients come to us with performance concerns, even without presenting pain or injury. Anybody that wants to move better, prevent injury or optimize performance can benefit from building out a program and working with our strength coaches.

Will strength coaches be a part of my rehab plan?

At The Bridge, we set out to¬†bridge the gap between rehab and performance by taking our patients through a full continuum of care. Once we’ve managed the pain with your primary healthcare providers, many of our patients move on to work with our strength coaches to build the long term resilience and strength necessary for long-term solutions to pain.

What can I expect from my first session?

Your first session will include a detailed assessment of your history, background, and goals moving forward. This extra time lets us get a holistic view of your pain or limitation to better inform your recovery. After we assess you, we will build a training program to get you on the road to your goals.
