The RUNFIT Program Series: “Challenger” Fit to 10km
The “Challenger” FIT to 10km is a 12-week program designed by strength coach, athletic therapist and ultramarathon runner James Greene, to safely take you from an intermediate fitness level to running a 10km event.
A 12-week progressive run training schedule
Access to The Bridge Athletic app, with a guided progressive home exercise program which involves dynamic stretching, hip/core control exercises, running technique drills, and self-release techniques
Can walk for 60 - 90 minutes, 4x/week or can complete some form of organized exercise (i.e., yoga, gym workouts, fitness classes) 2-3x/week.
